1. Introduction

1.1 Lancelot Technologies Ltd. (Company Reg. No. 51712672), together with all of its affiliated companies as may be from time to time (hereinafter: the "Company"), operates as a leader in the field of technology solutions. We provide a range of services and software products to companies, individuals, and business entities (hereinafter: the "Products").

1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information about you that is collected by us in the course of your use of our website, or any other address as may be from time to time (hereinafter: the "Website"), upon the submission of your application for employment with us, upon your visit to our offices, or upon contacting us in any manner whatsoever (hereinafter: the "Services").

1.3 It is hereby clarified that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through your use of our Products, whether you are an employee of our customer or an end-user of our customer. With respect to such information, we shall act in accordance with our engagement agreement with the customer and pursuant to its instructions.

1.4 We recommend that you read the terms of this Privacy Policy carefully prior to using the Website and/or the Services. By using the Website, receiving the Services from us, and/or contacting us in any manner whatsoever, you confirm your agreement to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, including the collection, processing, and storage of Personal Information about you by the Company, as well as its sharing with third parties, all as detailed below. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately refrain from any use of the Website and/or the Services.

1.5 The division of this Privacy Policy into sections and the headings of the sections are for convenience purposes only and shall not be used for interpretive purposes.

1.6 References in this Privacy Policy to the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine, and references in the singular shall be deemed to include the plural, and vice versa.

1.7 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" shall mean any data or information that you provide and/or that is collected about you, and which identifies or enables the identification of you personally (such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc.), as well as "Information" and/or "Sensitive Information" as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations thereunder, including Amendment 13 thereto.

2. Legal Basis for Processing the Information

In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, processing of Personal Information is carried out by us on the basis of one or more of the following legal bases:

2.1 Informed Consent — where you have provided your explicit consent to the processing of your Personal Information for a defined purpose. Your consent is given freely, after the information required by law has been brought to your attention. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time; however, withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

2.2 Performance of a Contract — where the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or for the taking of steps at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract.

2.3 Legal Obligation — where the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject.

2.4 Legitimate Interest — where the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company or of a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interests include, inter alia: information security, fraud prevention, improvement of services, and research and development.

2.5 Protection of Vital Interests — where the processing is necessary in order to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

3. Processing of Personal Information

3.1 It is hereby clarified that you are under no legal obligation to provide us with Personal Information or any other information about you, and the provision of such information by you is based on your free will alone and is made with your consent. However, without the provision of the required Personal Information, you may not be able to receive our Services, in whole or in part, or, at the least, you may not be able to perform various actions through the Website. By way of example, without the provision of contact details, we shall be unable to contact you in connection with your inquiry. Furthermore, if you are a candidate for employment, without the provision of the required information about you, we shall be unable to examine your suitability for employment with the Company, to manage the recruitment process with you, or to hire you.

3.2 You hereby undertake that all information you provide to us is true, complete, clear, and current. To the extent that you provide us with Personal Information regarding third parties, you hereby declare that you have obtained their explicit consent to share such Personal Information with us for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, and that you have brought the provisions of this Privacy Policy to the attention of such third parties.

3.3 It is not our intention to collect or process Personal Information regarding minors. Accordingly, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you hereby declare that you have obtained the consent of your parent and/or legal guardian for the processing of your Personal Information by us, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. The Company shall be entitled to require verification of such parental or guardian consent.

4. What Personal Information Do We Collect and Process?

4.1 Information You Provide Directly via the Website. In order to submit an inquiry to us through the Website, you will be required to provide one or more of the following items of information about yourself: full name, telephone number, email address, name of the company at which you are employed, and the product in which you are interested. In order to register for and log in to the personal area on the Website, you will be required to provide one or more of the following items of information: full name, name of the company at which you are employed, telephone number, and email address. In addition, you will be required to choose a personal password — we recommend selecting a unique and complex password (containing lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols) that is not used by you for registration with other services. Please note that certain fields on the Website are "mandatory," meaning that in order to receive the desired service from us, you must provide the requested information — such fields are marked with an asterisk (*); if you do not wish to enter the required information in the mandatory fields, you may not be able to receive the desired service from us, in whole or in part. "Optional" fields are those not marked with an asterisk, and you may choose not to provide the information while still using the Website and receiving the relevant Services, although the provision of optional information may enable us to handle your request more accurately.

4.2 Personal Information Collected Automatically During Browsing of the Website. We may collect Personal Information about you through technological tools we use, primarily Cookie files and analytics tools (hereinafter: "Cookies"). During your use of the Website, we and third-party service providers acting on our behalf may send various Cookies to your device. The information collected through Cookies relates, inter alia, to your IP address or Device ID, the pages of the Website you visited, the duration of your browsing, the sections of the Website in which you took an interest, and is also used for statistical purposes and reports regarding use of the Website and its various sections. It is hereby clarified that we are entitled to combine the information collected through Cookies with other information in our possession. We use Cookies to help make the Website useful and to enable basic functions such as page navigation and identification of the user's language, for the ongoing and proper operation of the Website, for the purpose of securing the data therein and the information collected thereby, for the purpose of authenticating details and identifying users, in order to collect statistical data regarding the use of the Website, for the prevention of fraud and deception, and for the improvement of the browsing experience, optimization of the Website's performance, and marketing. In addition, third parties may use Cookies embedded on our Website to collect information about your activity on the Website, for their own measurement and personalized advertising purposes, in accordance with their privacy policies and other terms that may apply to you if you use their services. Please note that if you choose to block or delete Cookies, in whole or in part, some or all of the services on the Website may not be available to you, or your user experience on the Website may be limited. The modification of such settings is your sole responsibility.

4.3 Recording of Telephone Calls. Telephone calls received at the Company's customer service centers may be recorded for the purposes of quality control and improvement of service. At the beginning of the call, you will be notified accordingly, and you may request not to be recorded. It is hereby clarified that all details you disclose during the call (except for credit card details) will be recorded and retained by us "as is," and we therefore request that you disclose only essential information. To the extent that you choose to disclose Personal Information about yourself (or about others) during the call, it is hereby clarified that you consent (or that you have obtained the consent of the person to whom the information relates) to our collection and processing of the Personal Information disclosed, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.4 Newsletter, Marketing Communications, and Direct Marketing. You may subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the registration windows on the Website. By such registration, you consent to receive marketing communications from us, including advertisements, updates, marketing offers, benefits, etc. You may cancel the receipt of such communications at any time by clicking on the dedicated unsubscribe link contained in the communication itself or by contacting us using the contact details set forth in Section 15 below.

4.5 Suppliers and Customer Representatives. In the context of its engagement with its various suppliers and customers, the Company may collect and process Personal Information regarding representatives of the supplier/customer (where the supplier/customer is a company or other corporate entity) and/or Personal Information regarding the supplier/customer itself (where the supplier/customer is an individual, such as a freelancer). Such information may include, inter alia, full name, telephone number, email address, place of employment, details of education and professional experience, ID number, etc. It is hereby clarified that you are under no obligation to provide us with such Personal Information about yourself; however, without the provision of the relevant information, the Company shall be unable to manage the engagement with the supplier/customer.

5. Sensitive Information

5.1 In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, "Sensitive Information" includes, inter alia: information regarding a person's origin, religion, political views and beliefs, physical or mental health condition, sexual orientation, criminal history, genetic information and biometric information, as well as information regarding a person's online behavior that enables the creation of a behavioral profile of such person.

5.2 As a rule, we do not collect Sensitive Information about you. In cases where it is necessary to collect Sensitive Information (for example, in the context of recruitment processes), we shall request your explicit consent separately, and shall specify the purpose for which the information is required.

5.3 Sensitive Information that is collected shall be processed subject to enhanced security measures and shall be retained for the minimum period of time required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

6. For What Purposes Do We Process the Personal Information Collected About You?

The use of the Personal Information collected about you shall be made only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy or pursuant to the provisions of any law, and in particular for the purposes set forth below. Alongside each purpose, the legal basis for the processing is specified:

6.1 Provision of the Services. For the purpose of providing the Services and Products that you have purchased, including all matters incidental thereto. (Legal basis: Performance of a Contract)

6.4 Operation of Our Activities and Business Development. For the purposes of operating our activities, improving the Website, improving the quality of the Services provided by us, improving our Products, developing new products, identifying usage trends and visit patterns, and examining the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We may use Personal Information in our possession in order to enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy, for the purposes of investigation, resolution, and settlement of disputes, in order to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights or those of others, and in order to enable us to pursue our rights to remedies or to mitigate our damages. In addition, we may use Personal Information in our possession in order to identify, investigate, prevent, or take action against unlawful activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights of users of our Website. 6.11 Request of a Competent Authority or Court. For the purpose of responding to a request or demand from a competent authority, or judicial orders, as well as as required of us by any law (including in connection with legal proceedings in the context of which we are required to disclose information). 7. De-Identified Information We Process and the Purposes of Processing

7.1 As part of your use of the Website and/or the Services, we may collect and/or generate from Personal Information de-identified information about you, including statistical information that does not identify you.

7.2 De-identified information collected or generated as aforesaid shall be processed in accordance with the purposes set forth in Section 6 above, as well as for the following purposes: monitoring and analysis of the usage data of the Website and/or the Services; development, customization, and improvement of the user experience during use of the Website; information security and prevention of unlawful activity; technical management and troubleshooting; and any other lawful and/or legitimate purpose.

8. Sharing of Information with Third Parties

For the purposes of processing the information for the purposes set forth above, we may share Personal Information about you with third parties, in Israel or abroad (including in countries that afford a lower level of privacy protection compared to Israeli law), as detailed below:

8.1 Service Providers and External Suppliers Acting on Our Behalf ("Sub-Processors"). We may share Personal Information about you with external service providers who assist us in managing and operating the Website, in managing our business activities and providing the Services, as well as in recruiting candidates for employment, for example: IT providers, cloud storage providers, as well as our lawyers, insurers, and accountants (as required). It is hereby clarified that the authorized service providers and suppliers acting on our behalf receive access to the Personal Information solely for the purposes of performing their services for us and for no other purpose, and are bound by appropriate contractual agreements for the protection of the information. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, it is hereby clarified that we also rely on third-party suppliers who may collect Personal Information directly from you, such as the payment clearing provider or sorting and assessment institutes for candidates for employment, as may be from time to time. We recommend that you read the privacy policies and terms of use of such entities.

8.2 Affiliated Entities. We may share Personal Information about you with affiliated companies and entities, as may be from time to time, upon request and as needed.

8.3 For Purposes of Compliance with Statutory Provisions and/or a Request from a Competent Authority. We may transfer information about you to third parties, pursuant to a legal duty or authority and in accordance with the instructions of a competent authority or a judicial order. We shall share information in such cases if we believe in good faith that we are obligated to do so or if the disclosure of the information is essential for the purposes of investigation, prevention, or action against unlawful activity, fraud, or for the protection of your rights or those of others.

8.4 Enforcement of Rights or Legal Proceedings. We may share information with third parties in connection with a dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings that may be conducted between you or anyone on your behalf and the Company, or legal proceedings between you and a third party in which we are required to disclose information, give testimony, or produce documents. Furthermore, we may share information about you in order to enforce our Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy, as well as in cases where the Company believes that the disclosure of the information is necessary in order to prevent harm or injury, at our sole discretion, and to enable us to pursue our rights to remedies or to mitigate the damage that may be caused to us.

8.5 Merger and Acquisition Transactions. In the event that the Company transfers or assigns its operations, its shares, or its rights and obligations, in whole or in part, including the Website, to third parties, or merges with another entity, or carries out a reorganization (including in the context of negotiations toward such transactions).

8.6 Data Analysis and Marketing. We may share information with companies that assist us in advertising, sales promotion, and marketing activities, or with providers of analytics services or search engines that assist us in the improvement and optimization of the Website and that process Personal Information in connection with the provision of such services.

Nothing in the foregoing shall derogate from the Company's right to transfer to third parties non-personal information that does not enable the direct identification of the user.

9. Transfer of Information Abroad

9.1 In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, we may transfer Personal Information about you to countries outside Israel, including to service providers and business partners operating in such countries.

9.2 The transfer of information to countries that do not afford an adequate level of privacy protection shall be carried out subject to one of the following conditions: (a) your explicit consent to the transfer; (b) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; (c) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded for your benefit; (d) the transfer is required for important reasons of public interest; (e) the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; (f) the transfer is necessary in order to protect your vital interests or those of another person; (g) the receiving party has undertaken appropriate contractual undertakings for the protection of the information.

9.3 You are entitled to contact us in order to obtain additional information regarding the measures taken to protect the information upon its transfer abroad.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites/Platforms

The Website may contain links to external third-party websites/platforms. Upon clicking the dedicated link and transferring to a website/platform operated by third parties, we have no influence or responsibility over the information that will be transferred to and/or collected by the third party, and the use that will be made thereof. Accordingly, if you choose to click on a link directing you to an external website/platform, as aforesaid, we recommend that you read carefully the terms of use and the privacy policy of such entity.

11. Information Security

11.1 We employ advanced and accepted information security measures with respect to the information in our possession, in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to us, including the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017. We use, inter alia, technological and organizational means and protections in order to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information, and to prevent unauthorized access to the information, and we periodically review the updating of these mechanisms.

11.2 Although we employ reasonable efforts to protect the information, the transfer of information via the Internet and its storage on cloud-based hosting servers can never provide absolute protection. Accordingly, you hereby acknowledge that you are aware that the Company cannot guarantee the protection of the information collected about you absolutely, nor can it guarantee that no unauthorized access, transfer, modification, or loss of the information will occur.

12. Information Security Incidents

12.1 In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), in the event of an information security incident that may cause material harm to your privacy, we shall notify you thereof without delay, to the extent required by law.

12.2 Such notification shall include the details of the incident, the type of information exposed, the actions taken to address the incident, and recommendations for steps you may take in order to protect yourself.

12.3 In appropriate cases, we shall also report the security incident to the Privacy Protection Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

13. Retention Period of the Information

13.1 As a rule, we retain Personal Information about you for the period of time required for the realization of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, or for a longer period of time as permitted and/or required by law. In examining the retention period, the following are taken into account: the nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risks from unauthorized use or exposure, the purposes of processing and the possibility of achieving such purposes through other means, and relevant statutory requirements.

13.2 De-identified information shall be retained without time limit (to the extent that this is not prohibited by law).

13.3 With respect to candidates for employment — the Company shall retain the Personal Information collected for the duration of the screening and consideration period of the candidacy, and even thereafter to the extent required by law or for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the Company, such as defense in legal proceedings related to the screening process. Information located in backup files may be retained in accordance with the backup policy of the Company and its suppliers. Information regarding a candidate who is accepted for employment with the Company shall continue to be retained by us throughout the period of employment and even thereafter, all subject to the separate privacy policy for employees of the Company.

13.4 At the end of the retention period, the Personal Information shall be deleted or anonymized in a manner that no longer enables identification.

14. Your Rights in the Personal Information

In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law and Amendment 13, you have the following rights:

14.1 Right of Access — You are entitled to request to review the Personal Information retained about you in the Company's databases. We shall provide you with the information within 30 days of receipt of the request.

14.2 Right to Rectification — You are entitled to request the correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date.

14.3 Right to Erasure — You are entitled to request the deletion of Personal Information about you, subject to the limitations set forth by law. We shall examine your request and notify you of our decision. Erasure shall not be permitted in cases where it is necessary to retain the information in order to comply with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for other reasons set forth by law.

14.4 Right to Restriction — You are entitled to request the restriction of the processing of your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of the information or where the processing is unlawful.

14.5 Right to Object — You are entitled to object to the processing of Personal Information about you that is based on a legitimate interest, including processing for direct marketing purposes. In the event of an objection, we shall cease processing the Personal Information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

14.6 Right to Data Portability — You are entitled to receive the Personal Information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit such information to another database owner.

14.7 Right to Withdraw Consent — To the extent that the processing is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

14.8 Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decisions — You are entitled not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you. In any case in which automated decision-making is employed, we shall notify you thereof, and you shall have the right to request human intervention, to express your viewpoint, and to contest the decision.

In order to exercise your rights, you may contact us using the contact details set forth in Section 15 below. We shall handle your request without delay and no later than 30 days from receipt thereof. To the extent that we are unable to comply with your request, we shall notify you accordingly, together with the reasons therefor. You are entitled to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority if you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request.

16. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy from time to time, as necessary and subject to our discretion. In the event of material changes, we shall notify you thereof in an appropriate manner (for example, by means of a notice on the Website or by email) prior to the entry into force of the changes. Your continued use of the Services following the entry into force of the changes shall constitute consent to the updated Policy. The date of the most recent change shall be reflected under the heading "Last Updated."

17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the amendments thereto (including Amendment 13) and the regulations thereunder. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv District shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising in connection with this Policy.
